Global rotation of the medium in quasi-classical cosmology

A cosmological model of the evolution of a rotating dust medium with a quasi-classical gravitational field allowing for the effect of hidden mass (`dark matter") is constructed. The equations of evolution of scale factors are derived and their brief analysis is given. Expressions for the density of the medium and its evolution are obtained
