DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHOD OF VIBROMETRY FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF ARMORED PLATES

Vibrometry of the classical problem of oscillations of a plate with different boundary conditions is considered with the aim of developing an express method for diagnosing bronze plates for detecting defective products. The analysis of the intrinsic vibration patterns of armored plates registered by speckle-interferometry and mechanical influences excited by various methods is performed. Algorithms for processing vibration signals for establishing the relationships between the parameters of corundum ceramics, the geometry of the armored plate and the shape of the exciting signal are developed. The results of experiments carried out by various methods of vibration control are compared.
